LebanonPostcard presents the Book Welcome to Libania / Bienvenue en Libania

The booklet is presented as a "Journal" of inspirations, the booklet includes quotes from Lebanese writers and poets such as Alain Tasso, Salah Stétié, Venus Ghata-Khoury, as well as extracts of international writers selected to illustrate the imaginary journey through Libania.

What is Libania?

"Welcome to Libania" is an invitation to travel through the land of Lebanon, with an unusual perspective. The project presents planet-like images of several well-known Lebanese locations such as Byblos, Beirut, Baalbek, Tyr, Saida, Tripoli, the cedars and more, but will you be able to recognize them?

Innovative and original, Libania also position itself as an approach to better connect with your own Lebanese heritage and your environment with a representation of the Lebanese territory as a galaxy of little local planets.

If the book does not question God, it does point out that we do almost have a divine power and a great responsibility towards the evolution of the world.

Libania has also received great interest from the educational sector, using the visuals as a tool to communicate around usually rather boring subject for kids, such as history and geography.
